                    Crispy French toast 

Ingredients: (Yields 3 slices)

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/3 cup of double cream 

  • 1 tsp of vanilla 

  • brown sugar 

  • challah bread


  • Mix the egss, double cream, and vanilla extracts in a bowl

  • Cut challah into slices 

  • Pour the mixture into a pan and let the challah soak in (flip to other sider after 10 seconds)

  • Sprinkle brown sugar onto one side only and cook on pan with the sugar side facing down

  • Flip once its golden 

  • Add powdered sugar fruit and any other toppings go your choice!
