Crispy French toast
Ingredients: (Yields 3 slices)

3 eggs

1/3 cup of double cream
-
1 tsp of vanilla
-
brown sugar
-
challah bread
Steps:

Mix the egss, double cream, and vanilla extracts in a bowl

Cut challah into slices
-
Pour the mixture into a pan and let the challah soak in (flip to other sider after 10 seconds)

Sprinkle brown sugar onto one side only and cook on pan with the sugar side facing down
-
Flip once its golden
-
Add powdered sugar fruit and any other toppings go your choice!
