Parmesan Roasted Potatoes 


  • 2 Potatoes 

  • Garlic powder

  • Paprika

  • Salt 

  • Pepper

  • Parmesan cheese

  • Cilantro 

  • Olive oil





  • Wash and cut potatoes into thin round slices 

  • After they are all cut, place them into a bowl of ice water and let sit for 30 minutes 

  • After 30 minutes, remove from water and pat dry with a paper towel 

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees 

  • Place potatoes in a large bowl and add olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika 

  • Toss with your hands

  • Add more seasoning until each potato is covered 

  • Place potatoes on a tray (with parchment paper) and lay in a single layer 

  • Bake for about 30 minutes or until they are brown and crispy !

  • Remove and transfer to a plate

  • Add some ketchup or ranch as a dipping sauce and enjoy :)

  • P.S- They are best served hot!
